Where are EMÉNNA products made?

All EMÉNNA products are entirely developed and produced in Greece. Our headquarters are based in Thessaloniki, ensuring the highest quality and integrity at every stage of the production process.

 

Are EMÉNNA products vegan?

Yes, all EMÉNNA products are 100% vegan. We are committed to providing skincare solutions that are kind to both your skin and animals.

 

Are EMÉNNA products cruelty-free?

Yes, we do not test on animals. Our products are cruelty-free, and we ensure that none of our finished products are tested on animals.

 

Are your products Dermatologically tests? 

Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested to ensure they are safe and effective for all skin types.

 

Are your products formulated for all skin types? 

Yes, EMÉNNA products are carefully formulated to suit all skin types. Our multi-functional formulas are designed to repair, nourish and protect the skin.

 

Do you use parabens, formaldehyde, SLS, synthetic dyes, mineral oils?
No, we do not use parabens, formaldehyde, SLS, synthetic dyes, mineral oils in any of our formulas. Our products are free from harmful substances to ensure they are gentle and safe for your skin.

How should I store my EMÉNNA products?

Store your EMÉNNA products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, to ensure their longevity and effectiveness.

 

How soon after opening should I use my EMÉNNA products?

Our products have a Period After Opening (PAO) of 12 months. You can find the PAO symbol both on the outer packaging and directly on the product container. The PAO indicates the number of months a product remains safe and effective after opening, provided it is stored under appropriate conditions.

 

Do you offer free samples?

At the moment, we do not have free samples available. However, we are in the process of developing them so that you can try all our formulations for free. Stay tuned.

 

Is your packaging recyclable? 

Yes, all our packaging is 100% recyclable. We are committed to reducing waste and making environmentally friendly choices.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes! Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details, including your order number. You can then track your order directly on our website by visiting the “Order Tracking” section. Simply enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to view the current status of your order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees vary depending on your location. You can find the shipping costs during the checkout process. Also, we offer free shipping within Greece for orders over €65, and free shipping to the rest of Europe for orders over €160.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We also offer free international shipping for orders over €250.

Where do you ship from?

All online orders are carefully packed by our team and shipped directly from our headquarters in Thessaloniki, Greece.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via reliable courier services. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept, Credit or Debit Cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and IRIS payment.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Once your order is ready, it is handed over to the courier and delivered within 1–2 working days and during holidays, hard-to-reach or remote areas within 3–5 days. For international orders, please refer to our Terms of Use for more information.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?

Do you accept returns?

As with any skincare, your skin may need a few weeks to adjust to new products. Please allow this time to see the effects of your EMENNA formulas.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened. If you have any concerns about ingredients or usage, please ensure you contact our team prior to purchasing. You can find more information in our Returns policy.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?

Our team works hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. While we do our best to make changes, once your order is packed and shipped, it cannot be amended or cancelled. Please contact our team via email hello@emenna.com.

How do I use my discount code?

You can apply your discount code during checkout just enter it in the designated field before completing your purchase.

Please keep in mind that discount codes can’t be combined with other offers or promotions.

Also, discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after your order has been placed.
