The website www.emenna.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Online Store” or “e-shop”) is the official online store of the limited partnership company under the name “EMENNA E.E.”, headquartered in Thessaloniki, at 57 Ermou Street, with TIN No. 802257847 and GEMI No. 173118157000, engaging in the retail trade of cosmetics and beauty products (hereinafter referred to as “emenna.com” or “EMENNA” or the “business,” “company,” “we,” “us”), and is legally governed by the provisions of the Law.

The use of the electronic pages and services of emenna.com requires full and unconditional acceptance of the following terms of use, which apply to all content of the website. Every visitor, user, or customer is considered to have consented to and accepted without reservation the terms stated below, without any exception.

Before any use or transaction, the visitor is obliged to read these terms carefully and, if they do not agree, must refrain from visiting, using the website, or making any transactions or using the services of the online store. Visitors are requested to check the content of the terms of use for potential changes. Continued use of emenna.com even after any changes implies unconditional acceptance of these terms by the visitor.

CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS OF USE

EMENNA reserves the right to modify, revise, delete, add, change and/or update freely the Terms and Conditions of use and transactions of the online store, at its sole discretion and/or when any such modification is required by law, potentially without prior notice or your consent, and always in accordance with commercial practices and legal boundaries.

In addition, our product prices may also change without prior notice. The changes will apply from the date they are published on this website. It is clarified that any changes to these Terms and Conditions do not apply to orders or other transactions you have already completed before the effective date of such changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review our website for any changes. Continued use or access to our website or the Service after the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. WEBSITE USE AND PURCHASE RIGHTS

By using the website and the EMENNA online store, you fully accept these Terms of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy, the Shipping, Payment, and Returns Policy. Specifically:

Financial Obligations:

By placing an order, you agree to fully pay the prices for your purchases, including any applicable taxes if ordering outside the EU. The prices displayed on our website are final and include VAT, but do not include shipping costs, which are added to the final payable amount as specified in the Shipping Fee Guide. In case of price changes, the Customer must pay the price displayed at the time the order was placed.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, imposed by your country’s competent customs authorities. EMENNA does not include these duties/taxes in its final price and is not responsible for them, nor can it estimate them. Please consult your country’s laws for an estimate.

Legal Capacity:

By placing an order on our website, you responsibly declare that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. EMENNA reserves the right to seek compensation from the guardian for orders placed by legally incapacitated persons.

Our website and services are intended solely for lawful use. You agree not to misuse the platform or our products in any unlawful or abusive way.

Links and Advertising:

Introducing third-party links or content without prior approval is prohibited, as is placing advertising or commercial content by unauthorized parties.

You agree not to create links from the Website to websites or content owned or maintained by third parties. Additionally, you will not insert your own advertisements, brand, or third-party advertising content into any content or services of any website or areas of the website.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

We make every effort to ensure that the images and colors of the products displayed on our online store are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of colors on your screen will be entirely accurate. Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained will meet your expectations, nor that any errors in the Service will be immediately corrected.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products or services to individuals or geographic regions, to impose limits on the quantities offered, and to remove or modify products, descriptions, or prices at any time, at our discretion. While we strive to fulfill all orders without interruption, there may be exceptional cases where we may refuse to process an order even after an order confirmation has been sent. In such cases, any amounts paid will be promptly refunded, without any obligation to provide justification.

The ordering process is structured into sequential steps. Throughout the process, you have the ability to identify and correct any errors, for example by returning to previous steps before final submission.

Product offers are valid while stocks last.

By making a purchase through the website, you agree that we may share information about you and your transaction with third parties for purposes such as processing the purchase, fraud prevention, debt collection, and credit approval.

The display of a product on the website does not guarantee its availability, as stock may be depleted before the checkout process is completed.

Our online store is not liable for product unavailability due to reasons beyond our company’s control or due to force majeure.

During the ordering process, the customer may click “remove” at any time to automatically cancel the order before final submission.

ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Through our website, the consumer is informed by the company—prior to the completion of their order—about our identity, address, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, quantity, shipping costs, payment method, and delivery location. The consumer can review their information before completing the order and then click the “submit order” button. The consumer will then receive an automated confirmation email listing all the details of their order, including a unique order number. With this number, the consumer can track the progress of their order through our website by clicking on the “Order Tracking” section. There, the consumer may enter their order number and the email used during purchase to monitor the status and updates of the order.

After the order has been processed, they will receive a second confirmation email or SMS indicating that the order has been shipped, which will include the shipping details of the order.

We reserve the right to reject any order for reasons such as:

• Unsuccessful payment processing.
• Shipping restrictions in your area.
• Product being out of stock or withdrawn. We reserve the right to withdraw any product displayed on our site prior to accepting your order.
• Failure to meet the requirements set out in these Terms.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY COSTS

EMENNA offers prompt delivery of orders throughout Greece, Europe, and the rest of the world, in collaboration with private courier companies ELTA Courier and DHL.

SHIPPING COSTS:

GREECE: €3.50 with delivery within 1–2 business days. Free shipping for orders over €65.

EUROPE: DHL EXPRESS €20 with delivery within 3–5 business days. Free shipping for orders over €160.

OTHER COUNTRIES: DHL EXPRESS €49 with delivery in 3–6 business days. Free shipping for orders over €250.

Customs clearance charges, if applicable, are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.

The address you provide must be real and valid. In case of absence from the declared address or any changes to the declared delivery information, the customer is responsible for informing the courier in time; otherwise, the customer will bear the cost of re-dispatch.

EMENNA is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or coordination between courier and customer. In Greece, during holidays or peak periods, delivery may take place within 3–4 business days.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All prices on our website are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT, but do not include shipping costs, which are added to the final payable amount as defined in the section: Shipping Methods and Delivery Costs.

We offer the following payment methods:

1. By credit or debit card

All card transactions are processed securely through Stripe’s payment environment, certified as a PCI-Service Provider Level 1, the highest and most stringent level of certification for payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and IRIS payments.

You confirm that the credit/debit card used in the transaction is yours. Customers who pay in a currency other than Euro (€) will be charged based on the exchange rate in effect on the date the credit/debit card company processes the transaction.

EMENNA processes your card details exclusively to complete the transaction between us. Your card number is not stored, so for each future purchase, you will need to re-enter your card information. The processing of your personal data is governed strictly by EMENNA’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Bank transfer to the company’s bank account

You place your order on our e-shop and pay via bank transfer. At checkout, you select “Bank Deposit” as your payment method, and the system will display the order and banking details. Once the order is submitted, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the address you provided, which includes:

• Your order number and details
• The total amount due
• The bank account information for the deposit

Please use your full name and order number as the payment reference. If the deposit is made from another bank, any applicable transaction fees are borne solely by the customer and not by EMENNA. To avoid additional charges, please make the deposit directly at one of our affiliated banks.

Note: Your order will remain in pending status for up to 5 business days, awaiting confirmation of payment from the bank.

After completing the deposit, please send us a copy of the payment slip along with your order number and full name to: hello@emenna.com

If the deposit is not made within 5 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

From time to time, information on our website or within the services we provide may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, offers, shipping costs, delivery times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors or omissions, to modify or update related information, or to cancel orders at any time and without prior notice — even after an order has been submitted — if it is found that certain information is incorrect.

We are not responsible for, and are not obliged to update, modify, or clarify any content or information included in the Service or on any related website, unless required by law. Furthermore, any update or modification date indicated in the Service or on a related website should not be taken as evidence that all information has been updated or modified.

FORCE MAJEURE

Any events or circumstances beyond the control of EMENNA that could not have been reasonably foreseen shall be considered as “Force Majeure” events. In such cases, the company bears no responsibility for any failure to fulfill its contractual obligations or for delays in delivering products or providing services. Indicatively, such events include — but are not limited to — strikes, social unrest, embargoes, natural phenomena or disasters, terrorist acts, armed conflicts, accidents, as well as acts, decisions, or restrictions imposed by governmental authorities or governments.
